Sipariş: Pazartesi ve Çarşamba günleri saat 17.00’den önce verdiğiniz siparişler, ertesi gün hazırlanır ve 3 iş günü içerisinde teslim edilir.
Garanti Süresi: Sipariş üzerine sentezlenen oligonükleotit ürünlerinin garanti süresi teslimat yapıldıktan sonraki bir ayı kapsar. Bu süre içerisinde bir sorunun bildirilmesi halinde, bildirilen sorun incelenir ve gerekirse tekrar sentezlenir.
Kalite Kontrolü: Sentezlerimizin kalite kontrolü HPLC analiziyle yapılır. Sentez ve kalite kontrol sürecinde kullanılan bütün prosedürler ve hammaddeler ISO9001 ve ISO13485 kalite sistem yönetimi kapsamlarında tam izlenebilirliğe sahiptirler.
